All our devices do not include any of the filter units. We recommend that you first purchase one of our devices and begin to specialize and work with it. Then, you will know for sure whether you want to purchase one of our new filters. This is only our recommendation, of course you can purchase one of the devices and in addition filters suitable according to your wishes.
The role of the various filters is to focus and achieve better and more precise results for each filter in its field.

Shipping Options

Our shipping options as follows:

  • EMS – a shipping service provided by the international EMS company which works with local postal companies in most countries of the world. This is not an exclusive delivery service and therefore there are quite a few problems with this service. We provide this service free of cost, but we do not recommend this service. Delivery time for this service is 15-42 business days.
  • DHL –  DHL delivery service is considered one of the best shipping services in the world. Within this type of shipment you receive a tracking number in order to track your package at any given time. In addition, the delivery time within this service is 2-6 business days. We mainly recommend this shipping service.                                                         
  • UPS – UPS shipping service is considered a safe and reliable service. Some countries in the world prefer to work with this service. We can provide this service if desired. Please contact us before ordering.

Your order will ship with Standard Shipping unless you select an alternative. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don’t worry! We will deliver the items to you by the delivery date shown or within the date range provided at checkout. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. If your order requires additional information to fully process, we will be in touch by email.

APO, FPO and P.O. Box Orders
Please note that aksgermany.com currently does not ship orders to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes.
International shipments and customs duties
Deliveries may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. The amounts of such duties and taxes vary by country and by type of product. As we are unable to keep track of them all, we recommend that you contact your country’s customs office if you want more information on this. Unfortunately, if your delivery requires the payment of additional fees or customs charges, they will be at your own expense.

Delivery Information
  • In stock items usually arrives within 2-6 business days. this timeframe does not include weekends or holidays.
  • Orders are processed monday through friday.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • You will recieve a shipment confirmation e-mail, as well as your package’s tracking number when order is shipped.
  • We ship only to street addresses.
  • A signature is required when the contents of the package are valued ad 1,000 $ or more.
  • Expedited shipping is available for an additional freight charge. if order is placed before 1 pm (est) on business days (monday through friday), your order will ship the same day otherwise within 24 hours.

aksgermany.com prices can be displayed in a variety of currencies, but all orders will be transacted in US Dollars by your credit card company upon completion of your purchase, and then converted to your local currency. Non-US Dollar order totals shown during checkout are only estimates of the final amount based on recent currency conversion rates and exclude taxes, duties, levies or tariffs that may be imposed. If items are returned, a refund will be credited back in US Dollars at the current exchange rate.

(This document contains all our details including the details for bank transfer to our bank account.)
How much will it cost to get my order shipped?
For complete transparency, your shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the selected products and the country of delivery. All you need to do is add the products you want to your basket and then click on it, at the top right of the store page. You will then land on the Shopping-cart summary page where your shipping costs will be estimated based on the country of delivery.
